Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds are processed on an individual basis. Please contact me taylermadestudios@gmail.com if you have any concerns or questions about your order. I will do my best to respond as fast as possible.

Returned Packages

If an order gets returned due by fault of the customer (incorrect address, refused package, etc), customers can have their item(s) reshipped by paying another shipping fee.

Processing & Shipping

Regular items should be processed & shipped out within 5-8 business days.

Made to Order items may take up to 2-3 weeks to make & ship out. Please note in your order if you need it by a certain date and I will see what I can do.

International Shipping

Taylermade Studios does not pay customs or VAT taxes, and as such you may need to pay for them when your item arrives.

Cancellation

Cancellations are also handled on an individual basis. Please contact us if you need a cancellation processed. Please note if order has been started or shipped I cannot process a cancellation.
